We aim to keep our turnaround times within 7 working days.

Delivery & Returns – UK

 

When placing your orders for fulfilment with Hannah, Little Alf and friends you'll have three different shipping options: Standard, Recorded, Tracked and Courier. Each has its pros and cons, and ultimately it's up to you which method you ship with. 

 

Standard shipping (Royal Mail 24 or 48)

This is the cheapest option available. It's an untracked service, though typically it's very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail's 24 services arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (in the UK).

Royal Mail 48 generally arrives within 2 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK - 1 to 3 working days 

  • EU - 3 to 5 working days

  • Everywhere else - 7 to 10 working days
    (Please note, due to COVID & Brexit, many services are taking longer than usual)

Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For)

This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered.

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK - 1 to 3 working days

  • EU - 3 to 5 working days

  • Everywhere else - 7 to 10 working days

Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked)

This service provides updates from the parcel leaving Hannah, Little Alf and friends, we offer both Royal Mail 24 and 48, which have different expected delivery times but both provide a fully tracked service.

Delivery & Returns Outside of the Mainland UK

Standard Delivery -  £12.99 Dispatched and Delivered within 7-14 working days

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can't be guaranteed by Hannah, Little Alf and friends. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit. 

Royal Mail

If your order is shipped with either of the Royal Mail services we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 30 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem. We need lost parcels to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we cannot offer a replacement.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

All purchases made online will need to be returned directly within 7 workings days. This can be done via posting the item back to our office address, if you wish to return an item please email us with your order number. 

Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the returns postage cost.

FAULTY ITEMS 

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us via the contact page and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Exchanges

We are able to offer an exchange for an alternative item, providing there is available stock. Please be advised that you are responsible for the returns postage cost.
